Privacy Policy and Website Terms
This policy applies to the Tenshio Apps website. Individual Android apps have separate privacy policies describing the data and device features used by each app.
1. Scope
This page explains how the Tenshio Apps website handles information when you browse the catalog, open support links, or contact the developer. It does not replace the privacy policy shown on each individual app page.
2. Website hosting and routine logs
The website is hosted using Vercel. Like most hosting services, Vercel may process routine technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website. This can include an IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information, referring page, and security or diagnostic logs.
Tenshio Apps does not use these routine hosting logs to build advertising profiles. Vercel handles its own infrastructure data under its privacy terms and retention practices.
3. Cookies and analytics
The current Tenshio Apps website does not intentionally use advertising cookies, behavioral advertising, or a developer-configured website analytics service. Essential browser or hosting behavior may still be used when technically necessary to serve and secure the website.
If website analytics, advertising technology, or non-essential cookies are introduced later, this policy will be updated before or when that change becomes active.
4. Support messages and contact information
When you contact Tenshio Apps by email, the developer receives the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, name, app name, device details, screenshots, attachments, and message content. This information is used to answer your request, investigate problems, maintain records of resolved issues, and protect the service from abuse.
Support messages are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for support, security, legal, or record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of a support conversation, subject to information that must be retained for legitimate legal or security reasons.
5. External services and links
The website links to services operated by other organizations, including:
- Google Play for app listings, downloads, reviews, and store services
- GitHub for developer and project information
- Ko-fi and Buy Me a Coffee for optional financial support
- Email providers used to send and receive support messages
When you open an external link, that service may process information under its own privacy policy and terms. Tenshio Apps does not control the privacy practices of external websites.
6. Data sharing
Tenshio Apps does not sell personal information collected through the website. Information may be shared with hosting, email, security, or other service providers only as needed to operate the website, respond to support requests, comply with law, enforce rights, or protect users and the service.
7. Security and international processing
Reasonable measures are used to protect the website and support communications, but no internet service or email system can guarantee absolute security. Hosting and communication providers may process information in countries outside your own, subject to their infrastructure and legal obligations.
8. Your choices
You may:
- Browse the public app catalog without creating a Tenshio Apps account
- Choose whether to open external links or send a support email
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted directly to the developer
9. Website terms of use
The website and its content are provided for general information about Tenshio Apps products. App features, availability, screenshots, store status, and descriptions may change. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy protected branding and original content except as permitted by law.
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for losses caused by reliance on outdated listing information, temporary unavailability, external websites, or unauthorized misuse of the website.
10. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when the website, its service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest published version.
