1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the Chromiva Android application developed by Mikael Tenshio.

Chromiva provides color selection, full-screen light, brightness controls, timer controls, favorites, recent colors, themes, settings, privacy, and about features on the device.

2. Information Stored Locally

Chromiva stores color-light preferences locally on your device. This may include:

• Selected color, color presets, recent colors, favorite colors, HEX and RGB values, and brightness level
• Timer choices, active-light preferences, lock or hidden-control preferences, and appearance settings
• Theme mode, onboarding or support state, privacy/about acknowledgement state, and other local app settings

These settings are used to provide app behavior on the same device and are not sent to the developer.

3. No Remote Data Collection

Chromiva does not request Android Internet permission and does not use a developer account system, analytics SDK, advertising SDK, tracking SDK, advertising ID permission, cloud database, or cloud-sync service.

The app is not designed to collect color choices, usage history, device identifiers, or personal profiles for the developer.

4. Permissions and Device Features

Chromiva does not request Android runtime permissions for its core color-light features.

The app uses local app storage, screen display, brightness controls where supported by Android, timer state, and standard interface features to provide the utility.

Chromiva does not request camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, photos, media, broad file access, SMS, call log, calendar, or advertising ID permissions.

5. Screen Light and Device Behavior

Chromiva may display bright colors, keep a full-screen color visible, adjust in-app brightness controls, hide controls, lock controls, or run timer-related behavior during an active light session.

Screen brightness, color appearance, battery use, heat, screen wear, lock behavior, and timer behavior can vary by device model, display hardware, Android version, system settings, and app version.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Chromiva settings remain on your device until you change them, clear app storage, or uninstall the app.

The developer does not operate a cloud backup or restore service for Chromiva color preferences.

7. Children's Privacy

Chromiva is a general color and light utility and is not directed to collecting information from children. The app does not require registration or remote submission of personal information.

If children use the device, the device owner is responsible for supervising bright screen and full-screen light use.

8. Changes and Contact

This Privacy Policy may be updated when Chromiva changes features, permissions, data handling, or legal requirements.
