This Privacy Policy applies to the Divvyra mobile application developed by Mikael Tenshio.

Divvyra includes:

• A splash screen and onboarding flow for the bill-splitting experience
• Equal, custom, itemized, and percentage-based split modes
• Tip, tax, service-charge, rounding, and currency-related calculator controls
• Saved-bill, history-detail, reimbursement, and share-preview screens in the UI flow
• Privacy, about, and settings sections inside the app shell

Divvyra does not show account registration, remote login, or a custom developer-managed backend for the core calculator flow. Divvyra is positioned as an offline-first bill utility rather than an account-based financial platform.

receipt_long Bill Data and Local App State

Divvyra processes bill information directly in the app, including bill amount, tip choices, tax or service-charge values, people names, split assignments, and reimbursement summaries.

Divvyra may store bill history, saved summaries, detail views, and settings such as currency, default rates, rounding, and theme options locally on your device rather than in a developer-managed account.

Divvyra does not use a custom cloud-sync service or developer-hosted bill database for its core features.

share Sharing, Clipboard, and User Actions

Divvyra includes user-controlled flows for copying or sharing bill outcomes. These actions may include:

• Copying bill summaries, split amounts, or reimbursement text
• Preparing a share card or settlement preview before sending the result elsewhere
• Sharing bill outcomes through device-level sharing tools or another app you choose

Once information is copied to your clipboard or shared into another app, it is then handled by your device, operating system, browser, messaging app, or chosen destination service under their own policies and controls.

analytics Analytics and Internet Use

In the Android app, Google Analytics for Firebase is used as Divvyra's analytics service.

Where Google Analytics for Firebase is enabled, Google may process limited technical and usage-related information such as app opens, screen interactions, device model, operating system version, app version, and diagnostic information under Google's own terms and privacy policy.

The Android app uses internet access for Analytics and platform services. Divvyra does not use a separate developer-managed backend to receive bill entries as part of the core calculator flow.

devices Permissions and Platform Features

• Internet - declared in the Android app and consistent with analytics delivery
• System sharing and clipboard-style actions - used only when you choose to copy or share a result
• FileProvider support - present in the Android app and compatible with user-triggered file or content sharing flows

Divvyra does not require camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, SMS, call log, or calendar permissions for its core bill-splitting features.

delete Data Retention and Deletion

Any bill information you keep in Divvyra generally remains associated with the app installation on your device until you remove it from inside the app where applicable, clear device or browser storage, or uninstall the app.

• Saved bill or history-style data can be removed through in-app deletion flows when available
• Clipboard contents and shared copies are handled by the destination platform after you send them
• Anonymous analytics data processed by third parties may remain subject to their own retention schedules

Uninstalling the app or clearing storage removes locally held app data from that installation, but previously processed third-party analytics data may remain subject to the third party's own retention practices.

Divvyra is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a developer-managed account system for this app.

Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Divvyra, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

Permitted Use

Divvyra is provided as a bill-splitting and reimbursement utility for lawful personal, educational, social, and internal business use. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.

Calculation and Output Disclaimer

Divvyra is designed to help estimate shared bill outcomes more clearly, but you are responsible for reviewing the final numbers before paying, requesting payment, or sharing the result with others.

Tips, taxes, service charges, rounding, custom assignments, percentages, and item splits may affect the result. You should confirm that the entered values and final output match your real bill and the agreement of the people involved.

Sharing Responsibility

If you use Divvyra to share names, amounts, reimbursement summaries, or bill previews with other people, you are responsible for choosing the recipients and for ensuring that you are comfortable disclosing that information.

The developer is not responsible for how third-party messaging apps, sharing channels, or recipients handle information that you choose to copy or send.

Analytics and Platform Services

The Android app includes Google Analytics for Firebase. By using the app, you acknowledge that limited network activity and third-party analytics processing may occur when analytics is enabled and an internet connection is available.

App stores, browsers, operating systems, and device platforms may also process technical information when you install, update, run, or share content from the app under their own policies.

Limitation of Liability

Divvyra is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer, as creator of the app, shall not be liable for payment disputes, incorrect inputs, rounding disagreements, shared-summary misunderstandings, lost local data, destination-app behavior, device issues, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from or related to your use of, reliance on, or inability to use Divvyra.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited, including rights that cannot be excluded under consumer protection, product liability, or other applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

The app, its design, branding, visual assets, and original software components remain the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app except as allowed by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

These terms and the accompanying privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Divvyra after an update means you accept the revised version.
