Jeaneth Store is designed for a specific store workflow, including customer catalog browsing and admin inventory management.

Jeaneth Store supports:

• Catalog browsing, product search, categories, product details, favorites, cart, and checkout surfaces
• Admin order review, order details, status views, inventory search, low-stock tools, and reports
• Supabase-backed catalog, product image, product variant, store setting, inventory, and order-related workflows
• Protected admin actions such as inventory adjustment and inventory movement history

Some features use live store backend data. Customer catalog access and admin capabilities may differ depending on the deployed store settings, user authorization, and app configuration.

2. Store Backend Data

Jeaneth Store may read or process store records such as:

• Product names, brands, categories, descriptions, prices, variants, SKU values, barcodes, stock quantities, and low-stock thresholds
• Product image records and public storage paths used to display catalog imagery
• Store settings such as store name, ordering flags, and operational configuration
• Order-related details where ordering features are enabled and used
• Inventory movement history created through protected stock adjustment workflows

These records are connected to the store backend and are not simply local demo data. Backend access, retention, and deletion are governed by the store configuration and applicable Supabase project controls.

3. Customer Shopping Data

When customer shopping or checkout surfaces are used, the app may process cart contents, selected product variants, quantities, customer information, delivery or pickup details, payment notes, and order totals.

The exact customer data collected depends on which store features are enabled and what information the user chooses to enter during checkout or order-related flows.

4. Admin Access and Inventory Actions

Admin features are intended for authorized Jeaneth Store users. Admin sign-in, authorization checks, and protected operations may use Supabase Auth, store admin records, and backend rules.

Inventory changes should be performed through the protected adjustment workflow so stock updates can be validated and recorded in inventory movement history.

Admin users are responsible for keeping their credentials secure and for entering accurate operational information when changing inventory or reviewing orders.

5. Permissions and Device Features

Jeaneth Store may rely on the following device or platform features:

• Internet access for catalog loading, product images, store settings, admin authorization, orders, reports, and inventory workflows
• Local app storage for temporary app state, settings, cached interface state, or remembered navigation context where implemented
• Camera or file access only if a future build enables product image, barcode, receipt, or document capture features
• Notifications only if a future build enables customer or admin notification features

Jeaneth Store should not request unrelated access such as contacts, SMS, call logs, microphone, or precise location unless a future feature clearly requires it and the policy is updated.

6. Third-Party Services

Supabase may be used for backend database access, authentication, storage, RPC calls, and store-related records.

Where Google Play, Android platform services, Supabase, or other service providers process information, their own terms and privacy notices may also apply.

7. Retention and Deletion

Local app data remains on your device until you clear app storage, delete the relevant records where supported, or uninstall the app.

Backend records such as catalog, inventory, order, and admin records are retained or deleted according to the store backend configuration, business needs, and applicable legal requirements.
