This Privacy Policy applies to the Numora mobile application developed by Mikael Tenshio.

Numora includes:

• Quick random-number generation from a user-defined range
• Multi-number generation with quantity, duplicate, sort, and exclusion controls
• Raffle draws for one or more winners
• No-repeat picker sessions, lucky-number sets, and batch generation
• Preset, history, and settings views inside the app interface

Numora does not show account registration or a custom developer-operated backend for storing your number results. Core generation logic runs locally in the app, and Numora does not use advertising, analytics, tracking, or developer-operated data collection.

database No Collection and Local Storage

Numora does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information or usage data. The app stores only the information needed for its features locally on your device.

Local data may include:

• Generated numbers, raffle winners, no-repeat session progress, and saved history
• Custom presets and preset editing details
• Share-card image files created temporarily in the app cache when you share a result

Local settings may include:

• Theme preference such as light, dark, or system mode
• Vibration, sound, and automatic-history preferences
• Default minimum and maximum range values
• Default quantity and animation-speed preferences

This local information stays in Numora's app data space on your device unless you delete it, clear app storage, or uninstall the app.

share Clipboard and Sharing

Numora includes copy and share actions that are triggered only when you tap those controls.

• Copy actions may place generated numbers into your device clipboard
• Share actions may pass selected text or a generated share-card image to the system share sheet or another app you choose

Clipboard contents and information shared to another app are then handled by your device or the destination app under their own policies and controls.

analytics No Analytics or Tracking

Numora does not use advertising SDKs, analytics services, tracking technologies, external crash-reporting services, or a developer-operated analytics backend.

Numora does not send generated numbers, raffle winners, saved history, presets, settings, identifiers, or usage events to the developer.

App stores, Android, Google Play services, browsers, device manufacturers, and destination apps you choose for sharing may process routine technical or operational information under their own terms and privacy policies. That processing is outside Numora's developer-operated systems.

data_exploration Permissions and Device Features

• Vibration - used only when vibration feedback is enabled
• Local app storage - used for settings, history, presets, and app state
• FileProvider and app cache - used to create and share result-card images when you choose a share action
• Clipboard and system sharing - used only when you choose copy or share actions

Numora does not require Internet, advertising ID, camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, SMS, call log, calendar, or broad media-library permissions for its current core features.

delete Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored Numora settings, history, presets, and generated app data remain on the device until you delete them in the app where controls are provided, clear app storage, or uninstall the app.

Temporary share-card image files may remain in the app cache until overwritten, cleared by the app, cleared by Android, or removed when app storage is cleared.

Clipboard contents and information you share to another app are subject to the controls and retention practices of your device and the destination app.

Numora is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users through Numora.

Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Numora, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

Permitted Use

Numora is provided as a random-number utility for lawful personal, educational, entertainment, and internal event use. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.

Randomness and Result Disclaimer

Numora is designed to generate convenient random outputs for raffles, games, classroom activities, lucky-number picks, and similar lightweight use cases.

The app is not represented as a certified lottery engine, cryptographic random source, gambling platform, legal-compliance system, or regulated drawing service. You are responsible for deciding whether the app is suitable for your specific use case.

Local Data and Sharing Responsibility

You are responsible for your device security, copied content, locally saved settings, saved history, presets, share-card files, and anything you choose to share from Numora through another app or service.

The developer is not responsible for losses caused by shared-device access, clipboard exposure, destination-app handling, uninstallation, or user-initiated deletion of local data.

No Analytics or Data Collection

Numora does not use developer-operated analytics, advertising, tracking, crash-reporting, account, or cloud-storage services for your generated results, history, presets, or settings.

Your use of the app may still involve app store, Android, Google Play services, browser, device, operating-system, clipboard, or sharing-destination services outside the developer's direct control. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of Liability

Numora is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer, as creator of the app, shall not be liable for random-number outcomes, decisions made from generated results, copied content, local history loss, device issues, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from or related to your use of, reliance on, or inability to use Numora.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited, including rights that cannot be excluded under consumer protection, product liability, or other applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

Numora, including its branding, design, logo, original code, and related materials, is the intellectual property of the developer unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or decompile the app except as allowed by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms and the accompanying Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Numora after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
