NutriVue is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer, as creator of the app, shall not be liable for nutrition decisions, health-related choices, inaccurate food or nutrition information, lack of internet access, data-plan or battery limitations, third-party services, device issues, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from or related to your use of, reliance on, or inability to use NutriVue.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited, including rights that cannot be excluded under consumer protection, product liability, or other applicable laws.

The Service Provider may update the Application or these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Application after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
