Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the Tenstinct Android application developed by Mikael Tenshio.

Tenstinct provides Classic and Instinct timing modes, result feedback, scoring, statistics, recent history, settings, instructions, privacy, about, reset, and Android Sharesheet support.

2. Information Stored Locally

Tenstinct stores game information and preferences locally on your device. This may include:

• Closest stop, total attempts, perfect count, average error, and bounded recent attempt history
• Classic and Instinct mode state, result details, score boundaries, and timing outcome records
• Theme, sound, haptic feedback, reduced-motion, instructions, and other local settings

These records are used to show your own game progress on the same device and are not sent to the developer.

3. No Remote Data Collection

Tenstinct does not require an account, does not request network access, and does not use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, advertising ID permission, cloud databases, or cloud-sync services.

The app is not designed to collect timing attempts, statistics, device identifiers, or personal profiles for the developer.

4. Permissions and Device Features

Tenstinct does not request Android runtime permissions for its core timing game features.

The app uses local app storage for settings and statistics, audio output for optional sound, haptic feedback where supported, and standard Android UI features.

Tenstinct does not request camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, photos, media, broad file access, SMS, call log, calendar, or advertising ID permissions.

5. Result Sharing

Tenstinct can use the Android Sharesheet when you choose to share a result. Sharing is initiated by you and handled by Android and the destination app you select.

The developer does not operate a Tenstinct server to receive or publish shared results.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Tenstinct statistics and settings remain on your device until you reset them in the app, clear app storage, or uninstall the app.

Resetting statistics does not necessarily reset all user preferences unless the app control says so.

7. Children's Privacy

Tenstinct is a general timing game and is not directed to collecting information from children. The app does not require registration or remote submission of personal information.

8. Changes and Contact

This Privacy Policy may be updated when Tenstinct changes features, permissions, data handling, or legal requirements.
