Throwza is a local-first Android rock-paper-scissors game. It stores match state, history, statistics, and preferences on your device and works without an account, advertising, analytics, cloud sync, or Internet permission.
event_notePrivacy Policy effective date: July 4, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to the Throwza Android application developed by Mikael Tenshio.
Throwza provides quick rock-paper-scissors play, best-of-three matches, animated results, local statistics, match history, sound settings, haptic settings, and reduced-motion preferences.
2. Information Stored Locally
Throwza stores the information needed to provide gameplay and settings in app-private storage on your device. This may include:
- Active match state, selected mode, round progress, player choice, opponent choice, and outcome details
- Match history, wins, losses, draws, statistics, timestamps, and completed-match records
- Preferences such as theme mode, sound, haptic feedback, reduced motion, onboarding state, and gameplay options
The app does not require you to create a personal profile or submit contact information to play.
3. No Remote Data Collection
Throwza does not require an account and does not send match history, choices, results, statistics, preferences, or device identifiers to a developer-operated server.
The app does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, crash-reporting SDKs, cloud databases, online leaderboards, multiplayer servers, or cloud-sync services.
Throwza does not request Android Internet permission for its core gameplay features.
4. Permissions and Device Features
Throwza uses local app storage and standard Android interface features to display gameplay, save settings, and restore match state.
The app does not request camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, photos, media, SMS, call log, calendar, broad file access, or network permissions for gameplay.
Optional sound and haptic feedback are handled on the device and may also be controlled through app settings or system settings where supported.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Throwza data remains on your device until you reset it in the app, clear app storage, or uninstall the app.
Clearing storage or uninstalling the app may permanently remove match history, active-match state, statistics, preferences, and onboarding status.
The developer cannot restore information that was stored only on your device and later deleted or lost.
6. Children and Shared Devices
Throwza is a casual game and is not directed to collecting personal information from children. The app does not require registration or remote submission of personal information.
A parent, guardian, or device owner is responsible for supervising use by children and for any content or decisions made outside the app because of game outcomes.
7. Changes and Contact
This Privacy Policy may be updated when Throwza changes features, data handling, permissions, or legal requirements. The latest version will be made available on this page.
